Very traditional class on canning tomatoes, tomato sauce, and stewed tomatoes, and may even get juiced.

 


Infused and Amused

Tuesday, August 11, 6-8 pm

A fun class on infusing flavors into oils, vinegars and alcohol. The primary focus of this class will

be making various types of cellos, including limoncello.
